UNIVERSAL has been working with Canadian Designers and a Procurement Company together with the Independent Owners during the passed 3 years to develop the First 5 STAR Hotel in Mongolia. UIC are very proud to be responsible for ALL the Millwork and Furniture plus Internal Fit-out works. The Hotel had its Grand Opening on 5th June 2008 and UIC is already working on other project in Mongolia.

UNIVERSAL has completed all the Interior Furnishing and Retail Fixtures for SAKS Departmental Store in New Orleans Sites during 2006/7. During 2008/9 we built the Furnishing and Retail Fixtures for SAKS Departmental Stores from California to Florida plus developing New Materials for Visual Marketing. UIC are currently working with SAKS operations to develop a Range of New Inserts. 

UNIVERSAL has been working with The Spanish Design and Development team for The Massimo Dutti Worldwide Roll Out. Massimo Dutti  is the High End Fashion Arm of Inditex Group (Which Includes Zara Stores). Mock Ups are Complete and we plan to deliver 300 Stores over the next 3 years subject to Site Availability Worldwide starting with South East Asia.

UNIVERSAL completed the a total over 800 Rooms plus Casino and FF and E Furniture of the Grand Sierra Development in Reno during 2007. This is an ever expanding project and we are working in conjunction with a number of designers and Procurement Companies on other areas for future development.

UNIVERSAL has recently completed the supply of ALL the furniture for the ABN Amro Banks Branches in China, Hong Kong Singapore and Taipei in Imported Pear to the highest standards. This is part of a long term expansion of ABN Amro Bank throughout South East Asia and UIC are currently working on a large number of Branches, both New and Upgrade Sites. 

UNIVERSAL has Manufactured and Delivered the complete FF and E  furniture for this prestigious Hotel during 2006/7 for the award winning Fox Linton Design House in London. UIC are Currently Manufacturing the Room Furniture for Delivery during 2008/9. As the result of this truly spectacular job UIC is also working other Prominent Projects in St Petersburg, Beirut, and of course the United Kingdom with the same design team.

UNIVERSAL has completed ALL room furniture for the Upgraded Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills Los Angeles to the highest standards you would expect for Beverly Hills. This project included the Solid and Veneered Furniture plus Soft Furnishings in a modern function style. Beside furniture UIC also manufactured The Modular Walls constructed in Leather and Tinted Mirror which is in every room.

UNIVERSAL completed the Lounge Furniture and Millwork for Cathay Pacific Lounges in Seoul, Taipei, Bangkok, Paris, Bahrain, London,  Singapore, Frankfurt and Hong Kong between 2001 and 2007. The Requirement on Quality and Environmental aspects are extremely high and UIC is working closely to provide Total Satisfaction.

UNIVERSAL is currently developing, in conjunction with Nissan and the Designers T and T the 2007 Interior Furniture Concept for INFINITY Car Showrooms for South East Asia. This is the start of a superior product launch related to the Executive Brand Image for the dealerships. The  Program will take 3 years to introduce and in that time UIC is expected to Complete ALL Showrooms in the region.

UNIVERSAL has completed the Production and Delivery of Furniture for the Chain of City Inn Cafes. In addition to Furniture UIC Developed and Produced Modular Future Wall to add divisions in the form of artistic barriers. this provided the restaurants with an open but segregated dinning experience. Due to the success of these deliveries UIC is working on a New Room Concept.

J P Morgan Chase - Hong Kong HQ

UNIVERSAL completed the Executive Furniture and ALL the Conference Rooms for the NEW J P Morgan Chase Hong Kong Head Office. The Scope of Work  included The Main Boardrooms and Multi Function Room together with the latest High Tech Video Conference Facilities. In addition to this UIC has manufactured Custom Special Purpose Furniture and Public Are Furniture.

Peninsula Hotel - Hong Kong, China and USA

UNIVERSAL has recently completed manufacturing and installing all the room sofas as part of a major upgrade to the original main hotel complex in Hong Kong. UIC has had a long standing working relationship with the Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotel Group in particular to the requirements of The peninsular in Hong Kong, China and Chicago.

VOLVO Car Company - South East Asia

UNIVERSAL has completed the Interior Furniture Fit-out of VOLVO Car Showrooms in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia since late 2000. This was the start of The Volvo New Face Program and over the coming 6 years UNIVERSAL will Complete ALL Showrooms in the region before the program is expanded to cover The Americas and Europe.

UNIVERSAL has completed the Production and Delivery of Furniture for all the Suites. Due to the success of these deliveries UIC is working on other Hard Rock Projects around The World in conjunction with a number of designers and Procurement Companies on other areas for future development. .
